The National Weather Service in Pueblo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Otero County in southeastern Colorado...
  Western Crowley County in southeastern Colorado...
  East central Pueblo County in southeastern Colorado...

* Until 345 PM MDT

* At 1242 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated developing thunderstorms
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Fowler, Manzanola, Olney Springs and Crowley.

Rainfall amounts around one inch are possible in the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
