Fauna Galleries (New pics added 5/10/2010!)


These galleries contain photos of birds, wild animals, and pets - among my favorite photographic subjets! - Bird and animal galleries have now been divided, with lots of new photos of both birds and wild animals added in May, 2010! The additions include a number of birds and animals from the Galapagos Islands.

I will be exhibiting my photos in various art fairs and exhibits again in 2010. Below are the events currently occurring or scheduled:

Current and Upcoming Shows in the Santa Fe, New Mexico Area

Gallery Shows - I continue to participate in the Group Show at the Johnsons of Madrid Galleries of Fine and Fiber Art, 2843 State Highway 14 (Turquoise Trail), Madrid, New Mexico. One or more of my photos will be on display there throughout most or all of this year. In addition, for the month of September, I will have a number of photos on display in the Gallery's "Four Artists, Four Walls" Show. Please join me for the Opening Reception for this show, on Saturday, September 4, 2010, 3-5 p.m.

Thanks to all who came out to see my work and that of a large group of excellent photographers at 2009 PhotoArts Santa Fe Photographer's Market, Santa Fe, NM. I am honored to have been one of 45 national and local photographers exhibiting photography at the Photographer's Market. This biennial show will be back in 2011, and I hope to participate again.

Restaurant Display - One of my photos (of a sleeping dog, what else?) is now on display at the Sleeping Dog Tavern in Santa Fe. The food is great at this "Gastro Pub" - and the wine list is nice, too - so come on by, have a drink or a great meal, and enjoy photographs by myself and other photographers of this restaurant's namesake and inspiration.


Upcoming Shows in Madison County, IL

Thanks to all who came out to my 2007, 2008, and 2009 shows at ArtEAST. I'll be back again in 2010:

ArtEAST - ArtEAST this year is October 16 and 17, and I will be exhibiting again at Erato on Main, 126 N. Main Street Edwardsville, IL. Exhibit hours are 11-5 both days. Please stop by Erato and enjoy some fine art and fine wine. I will have a good deal of new work in this year's show that I have not previously exhibited in Madison County (or, for much of it, anywhere). New this year, my photography will be on display in the front room at Erato. Also new this year, some of my work will be on display for the entire month of October. But be sure to come by during the ArtEast weekend, October 16 and 17, as I will be on hand personally then with much more of my photography. Additionally, like other ArtEAST artists, I will also have one item in the ArtEAST Group Show at the Jacoby Arts Center at 627 East Broadway in Alton, IL. This show will run from September 28 through November 14 with an opening reception on October 1, 5 - 8 p.m.
